Cancellation Policy

This is a small sole trader business and the following policies have been carefully considered and put in place to respect your time and mine, as well as to ensure a well coordinated and professional service. Please read these policies carefully as by booking with Everyday Beauty By Bec you are agreeing to these policies. - This is a home salon. I do not accept walk in appointments. - I respectfully ask that you do not come to the main door of the home. Please follow the sign to the salon at the side of the house. - This is a child free zone for workplace health & safety reasons. Children will not be permitted in the salon as this can breach my insurance. - It is extremely important that you do not attend an appointment if you are unwell or have an infection in areas relevant to your booked service (ie. finger nails or eyes). All treatments are in close proximity and therefore this risks not only the health of your technician but also other customers. Please rebook if unwell - Full payment is required at the completion of your appointment so please ensure you have the funds available for the service you have booked for and received Cancellation/Rescheduling: - I require 24 hours notice for cancellations or change of appointments. Less than 24 hours could forfeit your deposit. - If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it may need to be cancelled to allow for other booked appointments. This will also forfeit your deposit. - Non attendance is considered a cancellation without notice. This will forfeit your deposit.
